11:30 speak with staff of the Bank (Tellers, Account Reps, Manager)
Noon – Leaflet Public outside
1.Speak to tellers, give website information and engage on issues for bank workers in these troubled times.
• Are they under more pressure due to the current environment? If so, what has changed? Are they being asked to encourage customers to sign up for unnecessary products?
• Have they heard about the pending layoffs? Have there been layoffs at that branch?
• Encourage them to check out website and tell their story as a bank worker.
2.Speak to “special account reps” (sometimes called “platform workers”)
Same conversation as with tellers.
3. Speak to Manager when you are asked to leave the premises about the same issues.
4. Leaflet customers outside the bank during lunch time rush
